The homeowners asked us to refresh their dark powder room and their adult son’s builder-grade bathroom. In the windowless powder room, we removed an awkward arch and heavy black countertops, replacing them with a light, organic design. A floating vanity and a wall of textural zellige tile became the focal point, visually expanding the space and tying it seamlessly to the rest of the home. In the guest bath, we replaced the tub with a walk-in shower clad in luxe materials and finished with a clean, contemporary design. The result is a functional yet stylish retreat that feels elevated and inviting.
